Dimensions: 260 cm x 90 cm x 230 cm
Materials: plastic bottles, tubing, bicycle pumps, alcohol
Visitors activate the piece by pumping air into a suspended plastic bottle. When the bottle is removed from the installation, a dense white cloud briefly forms inside. Held in the hands, this ephemeral cloud evokes both wonder and unease—appearing suddenly, only to fade moments later. Picking Clouds invites reflection on our changing relationship to the atmosphere, where even the clouds above us are no longer beyond our grasp.
